Feasability Studies Pre-design exploration and analysis of site and building conditions including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and site/civil for new or potential re-use considerations.
Planning Project feasibility, land planning and master planning, with emphasis upon site and building related interdependencies. Land development planning assists owners in recognizing and integrating design within the regional context and interfacing with the local and regional planning agencies.
Interior Design and Space Planning Programming, space planning, budget and cost estimating, selection and specification of interior finishes and furniture.
Specific Function Studies Small scale studies relating to subjects such as ADA (American Disabilities Act), life safety, and zoning requirements. |

Alan R. Popovich, AIA, LEED® AP
Principal As Principal of HPArchitects, Alan Popovich has both large and small scale A/E project experience within the design and planning disciplines for a variety of clients including governmental, university, commercial, industrial, religious, and healthcare. He has demonstrated experience in all aspects of the A/E process from conceptual design through construction administration, and is typically involved in all projects.
Claudia R. Albertin, LEED® AP
Architectural Designer Claudia Albertin is a specialized architectural designer working with HPArchitects. Her experience encompasses new construction, renovation, and interior space planning, with a particular emphasis on regionally appropriate, environmentally responsible, and historically sensitive projects.
Lana E. Goodin Interior Designer Lana Goodin is an Interior Designer with HPArchitects and collaborates on architectural interiors and design, specifications and construction documents. In addition, Lana is responsible for managing the firm's resource library.
Jennifer L. Becker Architectural Technician Jennifer Becker is responsible for assisting the project’s design team with site and building surveying, design documentation and production of construction drawings.
Susan G. High Office Manger Susan High provides administrative project support and manages the office of HPArchitects. Ms. High is responsible for providing marketing support, assistance with specification preparation, project correspondence, and coordination of the architectural/ engineering design team. |
